All appointments must be made with an ACTIVE debit or credit card upon booking (card will not be charged, it is only required in case of a no call/no show) Using a card with insufficient funds will result in being banned & blocked from booking indefinitely • a $30 deposit is required to be zelled to Face2skin.glossgenius.com immediately after your appointment is booked & approved. • All remainder balances must be paid in CASH ONLY APPLE PAY OR ZELLE ! NO EXCEPTIONS • Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE (new appointment=new deposit) • 8 min grace period anything after will result in $30 added to service. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled & considered a no call no show or same day cancellation, which will result in 75% fee being collected • No extra people at appointment • No call no shows & same day cancellations will result in a 100% fee of whatever service you booked NO EXCEPTIONS card will automatically be charged . • If you’re able to count your lashes it is not considered a fill in (please book a full set) • 2 week fill ins = 14 days after your full set appointment 3 week fill ins = 21 days after your full set appointment (please book accordingly to maintain up keep of your lash extensions) • After 3-4 fill ins a new full-set is required due to sanitation purposes • I require a minimum of 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those on the wait/cancellation list . • Waiver MUST be fully read & signed before arriving to appointment .
